The Norfolk Black is a traditional breed, slow-maturing, offering a more natural balance of light and dark meat. The bird is carefully aged on the farm and offers an unforgettable depth of flavour. Your bird (including giblets) will be within your chosen weight range but we cannot guarantee a more precise weight.
