Fermento Bakery
A small independent bakery and mill that creates exceptional sourdough breads, pizzas and baked delights in a wood fired oven. Milling flour daily using a traditional stone mill the team at Fermento are committed to sourcing the very best ingredients for all their delicious products.

High Weald Dairy
High Weald Dairy are an award winning Sussex cheese maker specialising in artisan cow, sheep and goat milk cheeses, all lovingly crafted on their family-owned farm. We offer their organic range.
