- Brighton Blue Belle (250gm) This is a mild, semi-soft cheese with a mellow blue flavour. It has a slightly salty finish with a delicious melt in the mouth texture.
 
- Truffle Ewe (150gm) This is a matured semi-soft cheese featuring two distinct layers of decadent Italian black summer truffle shavings.
 
- Sussex Marble with Cranberry (150gm) This is a delicious semi-soft cheese with the addition of fruity cranberries to add to the festive feel.
 
- Smoked Ashdown Foresters (150gm) This is a young, firm un-pressed cheese with a creamy, slightly squidgy texture, which has been naturally Oak smoked.
 
- Little Sussex (100gm) This has a mild, delicate flavour when young, which becomes stronger and more flavoursome with age as the cheese matures in its packaging, similar to Brie.
 
 - St Giles (150gm) This has a very buttery texture, similar to Port Salut. 
 
- Slipcote with Garlic and Herbs (100gm) This is a fresh soft sheep cheese made with 100% organic sheep milk. It has a light, creamy texture, that melts in the mouth, and a slightly sharp refreshing flavour.
